Delete Your Account
This page explains how users of the dring driver app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How To Request Deletion
To request deletion of your dring driver account, send an email to privacy@dring.gr from the email address connected to your driver account.
Please include the subject line Delete my dring driver account and include your full name and phone number so we can verify the account before processing the request.
If you cannot email us from the account email address, include enough information for us to verify that you are the account holder. We may ask for additional confirmation before deleting the account.
What Data Is Deleted
- Driver account profile data, such as name, email address, phone number, vehicle type, vehicle plate, and profile metadata.
- App access data linked to the driver account, such as authentication records and push notification tokens.
- Optional payout or bank details stored for driver settlement, where deletion is not restricted by legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
- Non-required operational records that are no longer needed to provide the service or resolve disputes.
What Data May Be Kept
- Completed delivery, payment, invoice, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, support, dispute, and legal compliance records may be retained for as long as required by applicable law or legitimate business obligations.
- Some retained records may be anonymized or disconnected from the deleted account where possible.
- Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten by normal backup rotation.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some legal, tax, accounting, safety, anti-fraud, or dispute-related records may be retained for a longer period where required or permitted by law.
